Yes. Please let us know before you dismantle your machine. In your email, please tell us your order number, describe the problem and provide the serial number of the miner.

Please note that if you disassemble the miner without approval, the miner’s warranty will be voided.

Please make an initial inspection of the mining machine before operation. If you find anything that does not meet the specifications, please take pictures and contact us immediately.

When running an ASIC miner, make sure you have the right environmental conditions. Some smaller miners such as the Goldshell KD-box, Dogecoin Mini and other miners are built for use at home or in the office. However, if you are running a large ASIC miner at home, you need to make sure your machine is in a ventilated environment to prevent the miner from overheating.

If creating an account is difficult for you, you can contact our sales staff directly to tell us the products you need to order, the number of products and the receipt information, and we will place the order for you and give you the corresponding invoice.

If you paid through Coinbase Commerce, orders not paid within 24 hours will be automatically cancelled. Don’t worry if you get this notification. Please contact us and we will resolve this issue for you.

For machines that are in stock, we will send them out immediately and they will arrive in your country in approximately 5-10 business days.

For futures, the machine will be scheduled for shipment within 5 business days after the manufacturer releases the machine.

For used machines, the machine will be shipped out after we have thoroughly tested it to make sure there are no quality issues.

Yes. You will need to pay the appropriate customs fees once the goods arrive in your country, just contact your local logistics company directly to pay the fees. If you do not want to pay customs fees, we can provide you with an invoice for the low value of the goods.

All our miners are stored in our warehouses in Hong Kong and Shenzhen. We will choose the right shipping location for you according to your requirements.

We ship our products worldwide. And for countries that are more difficult to clear such as Thailand and Russia, we offer double-clearance tax lines and door-to-door services.
